Today we had a successful wrestling clinic for four hours with Joe Kemmerer. Joe is a two time NCAA champion from Kutztown University. We had 18 athletes on the mat as well as myself and Dr Allum. Joe provided a great learning environment. He is great with the kids and an excellent all around teacher. The day was a good mixture of warm up, drills, new technical learning, and some live wrestling. The high school team members who were not able to make the clinic missed a good one.
